Ceramic wash basins are produced by first preparing raw materials. High-quality ceramic raw materials such as kaolin, quartz, and feldspar are selected, mixed in proportion, crushed, and ground to form a uniform and fine slurry. Then, the slurry is poured into a mold, and methods such as slip casting, high-pressure slip casting, or jiggering are used to shape the wash basin, and the blank is demolded after it is initially set. The shaped blank needs to be placed in a drying room, and moisture is removed by hot air circulation and other means to reduce the water content and prevent cracking during firing. The surface of the dried blank is evenly glazed by methods such as spray glazing, dip glazing, or brush glazing to give it a smooth surface and rich colors. Subsequently, the glazed blank is sent to a kiln and fired at a high temperature of 1200°C – 1400°C to densify the blank and melt the glaze to form a shiny glaze surface. After firing, the product cools naturally and undergoes strict quality inspection to check for problems such as cracks, air holes, and glaze defects on the surface. Qualified products can then be packaged and delivered.
